We're guessing you have a few questions for us. Please scroll below to see if we're able to answer them, and if you can't find what you're looking for or just want to drop us a note, please feel free to contact us!
What should I wear to a workshop?
Great question! While we won't be working with extra-messy mediums, there is a chance that watercolor paint and/or ink could get on your clothes. Dress cute & comfortably, but keep in mind there is a slight chance of some paint or ink getting on you!
What do I need to bring to a workshop?
Regarding art supplies, absolutely nothing! We provide all the supplies, paint, ink and paper you'll need for the workshop. The only thing we ask is that you come ready to learn and excited to explore your creative side!
How many workshops can I take?
We encourage you to take as many workshops as you'd like! Mint & Maple offers Brush Lettering 101, Watercolor 101 and Modern Calligraphy 101. While these three workshops have different focuses, they work well together and the skills you learn at each workshop will help you grow in your creativity!
Uh-oh, I am no longer able to attend the workshop I registered for! Can I reschedule or be reimbursed?
Due to the time, energy and love we put into each workshop, workshops are non-refundable or transferable. Mint & Maple is not responsible for the reimbursement of your workshop registration fee. Your personal materials from the workshop will be available for you to pick up at your convenience if you are unable to attend or find someone to take the class in your place.
If you cannot attend and have someone who would like to fill your seat at the workshop, let us know as soon as possible. We are happy to honor them taking the class in your place. Email Mint & Maple at email@example.com to let us know who will be taking your place.
How can I learn hand lettering?
Take a class! Natalie teaches Brush Lettering 101 and Modern Calligraphy 101 workshops where you will learn basic strokes and techniques. Supplies, snacks, and fun environment all guaranteed! Don't see one in your town? Contact us with where Natalie should come next!
What is your favorite brush to use for watercolor lettering?
I love using round watercolor brushes!
Can you create a custom art for me?
As much as we love making one-of-a-kind pieces for clients, we are not taking orders at this time to focus more on workshops.
